Diabetes: The Silent But Serious Disease

π What is Diabetes?
Diabetes (also called Madhumeh in Hindi) is a metabolic disorder where either the body doesnβt produce enough insulin or cannot use it effectively. This leads to high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood, which can gradually damage various organs.
π Top Causes of Diabetes
Genetics β Family history increases the risk.
Unhealthy lifestyle β Fast food, sedentary habits, late-night sleep.
Obesity β Especially abdominal (belly) fat.
Stress and poor sleep
Age factor β Risk increases after 40 years of age.
β οΈ Common Symptoms of Diabetes
Watch out for these early warning signs:

Frequent urination

Excessive thirst

Sudden weight loss

Constant fatigue

Slow-healing wounds
